Common use of Room Condition Clause in Contracts

Room Condition. The Student is responsible to maintain the Premises and any common areas in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition. Upon expiration, termination, or cancellation of this Agreement, the Student must leave the Premises, its furnishings, and its equipment in as good an order and condition as the same were upon commencement of the Student’s occupancy, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
