Room Move Clause Samples

A Room Move clause grants the property owner or manager the right to relocate a tenant or guest from one room or unit to another within the same property. Typically, this clause outlines the circumstances under which a move may occur, such as for maintenance, renovations, or operational needs, and may specify requirements for notice and the provision of a comparable or upgraded room. Its core function is to provide flexibility for the property to address unforeseen issues or operational requirements while maintaining the tenant’s or guest’s accommodation.
Room Move. 11.1 The College has reserved the right to require you to change rooms within the hall/residence, or in exceptional circumstances, to move to an accommodation in a different hall/residence at any point during the Licence Period (see clause 1.3). 11.2 You are not entitled to swap accommodation with another student, but if the College permits you to move room this shall be conditional on you agreeing to comply with the College’s Room Move Policy
Room Move. If Tenant would like to move to another room during the tenancy, the Tenant will need to inform the agent and acknowledge the additional condition for the room moving during the tenancy. There is an administration cost of $160.00.
