Officials 1. The Registrar shall, when engaged on the business of the Tribunal, be accorded diplomatic privileges, immunities and facilities.

Appointment of Officers The Trust may have one or more Officers who are hereby empowered to take and are responsible for performing all ministerial duties on behalf of the Trust pursuant to this Agreement and the other Operative Agreements, including, without limitation, the execution of the Officers’ Certificate (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Order (as defined in the Indenture), the Trust Request (as defined in the Indenture), the annual compliance report required under Section 3.09 of the Indenture, and any annual reports, documents and other reports which the Trust is required to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 13 or 15(d) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
