Common use of Rostering of ADOs Clause in Contracts

Rostering of ADOs. Accumulated days off (ADO) must not coincide with a public holiday or weekend (Saturday or Sunday) unless requested by the employee and agreed to by the employer. Another day determined by mutual agreement between the employer and employee will be taken in lieu. This day is to be within the same four weekly work cycle where possible.
