Route Adjustment Requests. 1. In the event a Sanitation Specialist feels that his route needs to be adjusted, he may bring his request to the attention of his supervisor. An investigation will be conducted by Management. A meeting between Management, the affected regular employee, and the authorized Union xxxxxxx will be held when deemed necessary by Management. Any adjustments approved by Management will be made within thirty (30) calendar days, if possible, of the date the employee raised the problem. On any route adjustment request the employee will be advised of Management's decision. 2.
