Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Utility may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility from the Utility’s System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Utility’s System. The Utility shall make best efforts to provide the Interconnection Customer reasonable notice prior to such interruption. The Utility shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
