Cost Responsibility for Interconnection Facilities. 4.1 Each Interconnection Request submitted to the Public Utility must be accompanied by the required processing fee, pursuant to R746-312-6(4). The Interconnection Customer will bear the cost of any interconnection or other fees and charges provided for in the Rule. The Public Utility will not require any fees or charges for the Interconnection Customer to connect to the Public Utility’s Electric Distribution System or for operation and maintenance of a Generating Facility, except for the fees provided for in the Rule and this Interconnection Agreement, pursuant to R746-312-14(2). 4.2 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 to this Interconnection Agreement. The Public Utility shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, and the Public Utility. 4.3 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities.

Cost Responsibility for Interconnection Facilities. 4.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The Transmission Owner shall provide the Parties a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, including the Transmission Owner and the Transmission Provider. 4.2 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with (1) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities, and
Cost Responsibility for Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades (for distributed renewable generation greater than 100 kWAC and less than or equal to 2 MWAC) 11.01. The Customer shall pay JEA for the actual cost of any and all JEA Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades required to implement this Interconnection Agreement. JEA shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of JEA’s Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades required and shall provide a detailed itemization of such costs. 11.02. The Customer shall be responsible for all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with: (a) owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing its own Interconnection Facilities and other equipment; and (b) operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing JEA’s Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades. 11.03. JEA shall design, procure, construct, install and own the Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades, required for JEA to implement this Interconnection Agreement. If JEA and the Customer agree, the Customer may construct Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Customer. The actual cost of Interconnection Facilities and Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to and paid by the Customer.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.

  • Contractor Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
