Common use of Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair Clause in Contracts

Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The Public Utility may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility from the Public Utility's Electric Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Public Utility's Electric Distribution System. The Public Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five (5) Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Public Utility shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
