Routine Matters. Custodian will, or will instruct its Sub-Custodians, Securities Depositories or its or their nominees, as applicable, to attend to all routine and mechanical matters in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer of other dealings with Securities, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or as directed by Client from time to time in Authorized Instructions.
