Rule Violation Fee. In the event a violation of the Rules and Regulations exist, Tenant may be charged a fee of $150.00 per rule violation, per occurrence.

Rule Violation Fee. This fee shall be equal to the greater of (1) $50.00 per day for each day a violation is committed or continues, or (2) the amount of any funds expended or costs incurred by the Community Owner as a result of a violation of a Community rule by Home Owner or by any person residing in his home or in the Community with his permission, plus an amount equal to twenty percent (20%) of such costs and expenses. The total amount is payable on or before three days after notice by the Community Owner to the Home Owner of the violation of the Community Rules and Regulations and of the amount due from the Home Owner.
