Common use of Rules and Management Policies Clause in Contracts

Rules and Management Policies. Tenant covenants and agrees that all Rules and Management Policies attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, or hereafter adopted by Management and made known to Tenant, shall have the same force and effect as covenants of this lease, and Tenant covenants that Tenant, invitees, licensees, and guests will observe all such Rules and Management Policies. Management may reasonably amend the rules and policies, as it deems necessary. Said amendments, in whole or in part, to the Rules and Management Policies shall be deemed effective when distributed to the Tenant.
