Common use of Rules and Regulations of the University Promotion and Tenure Committee Clause in Contracts

Rules and Regulations of the University Promotion and Tenure Committee. The quorum necessary for voting will be five (5) members of the Committee who are eligible to vote. Each member will have one (1) vote. All votes on recommendations for promotion and tenure will be by secret ballot. A simple majority of those members present and voting will determine the Committee's recommendation.
