Rules and Restrictions. The following rules and restrictions apply to all eligible employees participating in the Employment Longevity Benefit: i. After becoming eligible to participate in the Employment Longevity Benefit, an employee may cash out a maximum of twenty (20) days of District Sick Leave annually (based on a calendar year). ii. An employee may only cash out days of District Sick Leave earned on or before the date of his or her Request. iii. An employee may not cash out days of District Sick Leave which would reduce the employee’s District Sick Leave balance below the one year of service threshold set out above, currently one hundred and fifty-one days. iv. To cash out District Sick Leave, an eligible employee must submit a written HSA Contribution Request to the District. This Request must state how many days of District Xxxx Leave the employee wishes to cash out for the calendar year in question. v. All HSA Contribution Requests must be submitted to the District on or before January 31st of the calendar year in which the contribution is to be made. vi. The contribution rate for each day of District Sick Leave cashed out will be seventy Dollars ($70.00) as designated on February 1st of the year in which the contribution is to be made. Rules and Restrictions. Subject to these Terms, you agree that X has the right to offer, display, and make available access to your Subscriptions account through the X Service and sell Subscriptions in order for people to access your account, and in exchange for those licensed rights and your providing the benefits and features of your Subscriptions account, you can get paid a share of the revenue X earns from the Subscriptions purchased from X, as further described below in Section 4. You agree that the following rules and restrictions apply to participation in the Program and your eligibility to get paid a share of the revenue X earns from the sale of Subscriptions: • You are responsible for your Subscriptions account, which includes, without limitation, ensuring that you provide the benefits and features of your Subscriptions account as represented by you, that you accurately describe the benefits and features of your Subscriptions account, and that the pricing of the Subscription(s) selected by you when you set up your account is commensurate with the value of the benefits and features of your Subscriptions account. • You agree that: (a) nothing in your Subscriptions account is misleading or deceptive; (b) verbal and visual statements made by you are truthful and substantiated; (c) any opinions, findings or experiences you share in your Subscriptions account are honest and accurate; and (d) if applicable, you will include any disclosures required to indicate your participation in a paid partnership (e.g., paid product placements, endorsements, or advertisements) involving your Subscriptions account. • If you do not provide any Subscriptions features or benefits after setting up your Subscriptions accounts, you may not be entitled to get paid any share of the revenue earned by X from any and all Subscriptions it sold for access to your account. If your Subscriptions account is found to be inactive frequently, then you may be removed from the Program. • You may block people who have purchased Subscriptions from accessing your account for any reason, provided you are not entitled to get paid any share of the revenue earned by X for any and all Subscriptions it sold to people you blocked. • Only you may get paid a share of the revenue earned by X from its sale of Subscriptions to access your account. • Subscriptions and the share of the revenue earned by X from its sale of Subscriptions are not transferable between X accounts. • Except if expressly permitted as part of the Progra...

Rules and Restrictions. Dismissal from Program. All Program rules and restrictions apply throughout the entirety of the Program including during free time. Any failure to comply with Onward Israel's Program rules and restrictions may result in consequences to you, including but not limited to disciplinary measures as set forth in this document, at the sole discretion of Onward Israel, up to and including immediate dismissal from the Program. If such a decision is made, the staff from the Program Organizer will assist the participant in getting to the airport, however the participant shall bear all costs connected to the cancelation/change of a flight and/or other associated costs of the Program. No refund will be provided to a participant who has been dismissed from the Program for any reason whatsoever.

Total participants must not exceed space capacity in compliance with fire regulations posted in the reservation chart of this Rental Agreement. b. No cooking in the kitchen; only warming of food. c. Publicity related to the rental of the Swim Park’s facilities must not imply endorsement of the event by Verrado’s developer or VA/VCA. All advertisements posted or distributed on the premises or within the Verrado Community, as well as all other promotional activities about the Event, must receive approval by the Director of Community Life for the VA. g. The selling of goods and/or services, supporting the efforts of for-profit businesses, charging of admission fees and/or solicitation of donations are not allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from the VA and are done in strict compliance with all applicable laws. h. Music and noise must remain controlled so as not to disturb other users of the Swim Park as well as surrounding homes/neighbors and must comply with the City of Buckeye Police Department. If the event is viewed in any way as “disturbing the peace,” the Facility User will be asked to turn the music/noise level down. A VA/VCA team member, community member or Police Officer can make this request. Live musicians, disc jockeys, sound equipment and speakers must be confined to the Swim Park, including the exterior patios and pool area. All music must be turned off by 10:00 p.m. i. The Swim Park is a non-smoking facility. Tobacco use, including the use of e-cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited. There are no exceptions in the exterior or interior of the Swim Park. City of Buckeye ordinance states that smokers must be 20 feet away from any building entrance. j. Water guns, water balloons, etc. are prohibited at the Swim Park’s property. k. Rules and Restrictions. Staples may impose reasonable rules and regulations regarding the use of the Staples Service from time to time to prevent customer abuse that may affect the Staples Service (e.g. excessive use of bandwidth, uploading of certain file types that pose a potential security risk) or in relation to alterations to the Staples Service in the form of additions of new products or services that are not contemplated by this Agreement. Staples shall impose such rules and regulations on you to the extent necessary to ensure compliance, and you shall be responsible for any additional fees payable to Staples in relation to these additional products or services.

Rules and Restrictions. A. Under no circumstance is the clubhouse to be rented out for pay. This is due to insurance restrictions and the Association's non-profit corporate status. B. Only Northshore residents may reserve the clubhouse and beach area for private parties, the pool area, pool, spa or sauna are not part of the clubhouse reservation and are not accessible for the members of the party. This means a party the resident initiates, attends and controls. C. Owners and renter must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance, in the amount of $500,000, naming Northshore POA as an additional insured when making a clubhouse reservation. D. The clubhouse may only be reserved between the hours of 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday E. The clubhouse may not be reserved for use on any legal or religious holiday. F. A maximum of fifty (50) people is permitted for any use of the clubhouse. G. Parties for minors require a minimum of least one adult per six (6) minors in attendance at all time. H. No smoking is permitted in the clubhouse, pool area, bathrooms or sauna. I. No loud music is permitted. J. Barbecues are permitted in beach area only. The user must dispose of residual fuel materials (i.e. briquettes) at his/her residence. These materials MAY NOT be disposed of in the plastic or metal trashcans, lawn or planted areas in the beach or pool area. K. All Trash must be removed from the premises. L. All facilities used must be cleaned prior to 10 a.m. on the day following the party. Rules and Restrictions. Tenant and other household members may have guests provided that Tenant shall be responsible for the conduct of any guest while in the leased premises or on FRHA property and shall take reasonable steps to supervise the conduct of any guest, including a guest of a household member.
