Run of Series. Licensee shall license on the same terms and conditions herein any and all additional seasons of such Program that are produced and made available by Licensor, provided that (a) Licensor shall in Licensor’s sole discretion determine the License Periods and the Availability Dates (which in no event will be before the initial U.S broadcast), and (b) the Basic TV Fee per exhibition, SVOD Fee per episode and SVOD Extension Fee per episode applicable to each season after Season 3 shall be subject to a three percent (3%) increase from the respective amount for the immediately previous season (e.g., the Basic TV Fee per exhibition would be CDN$1030 for Season 4 and CDN$1060.90 for Season 5 and so forth; the SVOD Fee per episode would be CDN$10,300 for Season 4; and, in order to coordinate the SVOD Standalone Service License Period expiration date for Seasons 1-4, the SVOD Extension Fee per episode would be CDN$5150 per episode for Seasons 1-3). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall be construed to obligate Licensor to produce any additional episodes or seasons of the Program.

Run of Series. Licensee shall license on the same terms and conditions herein any and all additional seasons of such Program that are produced and made available by Licensor, provided that (a) Licensor shall in Licensor’s sole discretion determine the License Periods and the Availability Dates (which in no event will be before the initial U.S broadcast), (b) the Basic TV Fee per episode, the SVOD Fee per episode and the SVOD Extension Fee per episode applicable to each season after Season 4 shall be subject to a three percent (3%) increase from the respective amount for the immediately previous season, except that such increase shall apply to the SVOD Extension Fee commencing with any extension needed to coordinate the SVOD Standalone Service License Period expiration date for Season 5, if any, with such expiration date for Season 6, if any (e.g., the Basic TV Fee per episode would be CDN$61,800 for Season 5 and CDN$63,654 for Season 6 and so forth; the SVOD Fee per episode would be CDN$15,450 for Season 5; in order to coordinate the SVOD Standalone Service License Period expiration date for Seasons 1-5, the SVOD Extension Fee per episode would be CDN$3000 per episode for Seasons 1-4; and, in order to coordinate the SVOD Standalone Service License Period expiration date for Seasons 1-6, the SVOD Extension Fee per episode would be CDN$3090 per episode for Seasons 1-5). For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein shall be construed to obligate Licensor to produce any additional episodes or seasons of the Program.

  • Accumulation of Seniority The seniority of an employee shall continue to accrue during an absence due to:

  • Calculation of Seniority For the purpose of this Article, "seniority" shall be defined as continuous employment at the university in positions within the bargaining unit. An authorized leave of absence, pursuant to Article 18 or 19 of this Agreement, shall not be deemed an interruption of continuous service. For purposes of this Section, a full-time ASF Member on a nine (9) to twelve (12) month appointment or a part time ASF Members on a seventy five percent (75%) time or greater appointment for twelve (12) months shall be considered to have accrued one (1) year of seniority. For other part time ASF Member and for first year full time ASF Members whose FTE is less than seventy five (75) percent (75%), the number of months of seniority will be credited based on the FTE of the individual's appointment. If an ASF Member has an assignment in more than one department, program or service area, all seniority will be credited in the one in which the ASF Member is assigned the greatest percentage of time. If the assignment is split equally between more than one department, program or service area, then the President/designee will designate that one in which all seniority will be credited prior to the issuance of the subsequent seniority roster. If two (2) or more ASF Members have equal seniority, then those with greater length of service in permanent status shall have priority for retention. Should ASF Members still be equal in seniority, then the decision of which person to retain will be made on the basis of ASF Member competence and programmatic needs of the university as determined by the President. A seniority roster shall be posed by the President or his/her designee on or before November 1 of each year, and a copy of such rosters shall be furnished to the Campus Association President. Grievances concerning the accuracy of the roster must be filed within thirty (30) calendar days of publication of the roster and must be limited to changes made and shown on the most recent roster. ASF Members on leave status at the time of posting of the seniority roster shall have thirty (30) calendar days after the end of such leave within which to file a grievance. The format of the seniority roster shall be the same for each university. The rosters shall contain all relevant information necessary to implement this Article, including a notification of any department, program or service area in which the ASF Member has served at least thirty-six (36) FTE months.

  • Temporary Class Certificate of Registration Rate An employee holding a Temporary Class Certificate of Registration upon presenting proof of current General Class Certificate of Registration by the College of Nurses of Ontario shall be given the salary of the registered staff nurse as provided in this Article retroactive to the date of sitting the certification examination or the date of last hire, whichever is later.

  • Acquisition of Seniority An employee shall not acquire seniority until such time as he or she has successfully completed the probationary period provided for in the present Collective Agreement.

  • Execution, Authentication, Availability and Dating of the Residual Certificates The Residual Certificates shall be executed on behalf of Xxxxxx Mae by an Authorized Officer of Xxxxxx Xxx under the corporate seal of Xxxxxx Mae, which may be in facsimile form and be imprinted or otherwise reproduced thereon, and shall be attested by the Secretary, Assistant Secretary, or a second Authorized Officer of Xxxxxx Xxx. The signature of any of these Persons on the Residual Certificates may be manual or facsimile. A Residual Certificate bearing the manual or facsimile signature of individuals who were at any time officers of Xxxxxx Mae shall bind Xxxxxx Xxx, notwithstanding that such individuals or any of them have ceased to hold such offices prior to the authentication and delivery of such Certificate or did not hold such offices at the date of such Certificate. At any time and from time to time after the execution and delivery of this Trust Agreement, Xxxxxx Mae may deliver Residual Certificates executed by Xxxxxx Xxx to the Certificate Registrar for authentication and the Certificate Registrar shall authenticate and make available such Certificates as provided in this Trust Agreement and not otherwise. No Residual Certificate shall be entitled to any benefit under this Trust Agreement or be valid for any purpose, unless there appears on such Residual Certificate a certificate of authentication substantially in the form provided for herein, executed by the Certificate Registrar by the manual or facsimile signature of one of its authorized signatories, and such certificate upon any Residual Certificate shall be conclusive evidence, and the only evidence, that such Residual Certificate has been duly authenticated and made available hereunder. Each Residual Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.

  • Computation of Seniority For the purpose of calculating the length of service of a regular full- time employee, one year will be credited for each year of service beginning on the employee’s initial date of hire as a regular full-time employee. For the purpose of calculating length of service of a regular part- time employee, one year of service will be credited for every 2080 hours of paid work and paid leave. In the event a regular part-time employee is appointed to a position as a regular full-time employee, the seniority accrued as a part-time employee will be added to the seniority as a full-time employee.

  • Allocation of Senior Reduction Amount to the Reference Tranches On each Payment Date prior to the Termination Date, after allocation of the Tranche Write-down Amount or Tranche Write-up Amount, if any, for such Payment Date as described above, the Senior Reduction Amount will be allocated to reduce the Class Notional Amount of each Class of Reference Tranche in the following order of priority, in each case until its Class Notional Amount is reduced to zero:
