Running of Benefits and Burdens. All provisions of this instrument, including the benefits and burdens, run with the land and are binding upon and inure to the heirs, assigns, successors, tenants and personal representatives of the parties hereto.
Running of Benefits and Burdens. All provisions of this Agreement, including the benefits and burdens set forth herein with respect to the Fertilizer Parcel and the Refinery Parcel, respectively, shall run with the land.

All provisions of this Easement Agreement, including the benefits and burdens, run with the land and are binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of the Parties hereto including any property owners’ association that may come into ownership of all or any portion of the Easement Property.

All provisions of this instrument, including the benefits and burdens, run with the land and are binding upon and inure to the successors and assigns of the parties hereto, and the Property described above shall be the servient estate and the Airport shall be the dominant estate. This Perpetual Grant of Easement shall bind Grantor, its successors, assigns, devisees, grantees, invitees, and tenants and their respective successors and assigns, and all persons from time to time occupying or using the Property or any portion thereof. The acceptance by an person or entity of any right of use, deed, lease, mortgage or conveyance of any interest in or privilege pertaining to the Property, or any part thereof, whatsoever shall contain an express acknowledgement of the terms of this Perpetual Grant of Easement and agreement to be bound by all terms hereof. In addition, the Grantor hereby agrees to expressly identify this grant of avigation easement on any and all plats, including but not limited to a final recorded plat and any amendments thereto, for the Property.

All provisions of this Agreement, including the benefits and burdens, run with the land described in Exhibit A and are binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the parties hereto and inure to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, and permitted successors and assigns of the parties hereto.

This Agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of Commission and the Licensee, any person(s) or organization(s) acquiring, holding, or owning an interest in or to the Commission Property or the Licensee Property, and their heirs, successors, and assigns.
