S everability; Waiver. Wherever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted so that it is valid under the Applicable Law. If any one or more of the provisions of this Agreement is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect without said provision. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith a substitute clause for any provision declared illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, which shall most nearly approximate the original intent of the Parties in entering this Agreement. The failure of a Party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of such Party to thereafter enforce that provision or any other provision or right. 15.8 O ddělitelnost; vzdání se práva. Kdykoli je to možné, každé ustanovení této Smlouvy se vykládá tak, že je platné podle Příslušných právních předpisů. Jestliže je kterékoli ustanovení této Smlouvy (nebo více jejích ustanovení) soudem příslušné jurisdikce prohlášeno za neplatné, nezákonné nebo nevymahatelné, zbývající část této Smlouvy zůstává v plné platnosti a účinnosti bez uvedeného ustanovení. S everability; Waiver. In the event that one or more of the provisions, or portions thereof, of these Terms is determined to be illegal or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms shall not be affected thereby and each remaining provision or portion thereof shall continue to be valid and effective and shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any part of these Terms or any part of any provision hereof, is adjudicated to be invalid or void, then the remaining provisions shall be executed insofar as the remaining provisions are capable of execution. The waiver by Your breach of these Terms do not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach by User.

  • Severability; Waiver In the event any provision of this Agreement is held by a tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to the law, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
