Common use of SaaS License Clause in Contracts

SaaS License. TEHTRIS grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non- transferable right to access and to use the TEHTRIS Service for the entire term of the Agreement and worldwide. The license is granted for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the User to use the TEHTRIS Service for its internal purposes and in accordance with their documentation, to the exclusion of any other purpose. The right of use shall mean the right to represent and implement the TEHTRIS Service in accordance with its intended purpose, in SaaS mode via a connection to an electronic communications network. Unless otherwise agreed between the Parties, the User may not make the TEHTRIS Service available to any third party not acting on its behalf. The User is strictly prohibited from making any other use, in particular, but not limited to, any adaptation, modification, translation, arrangement, distribution or decompilation.
