Employment of Consultants In order to assist the Borrower in carrying out the Project, the Borrower shall employ consultants whose qualifications, experience and terms and conditions of employment shall be satisfactory to the Bank. Such consultants shall be selected in accordance with principles and procedures satisfactory to the Bank on the basis of the "Guidelines for the Use of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers and by the World Bank as Executing Agency" published by the Bank in August 1981. 1. Non-Solicitation of Employees The Executive agrees and covenants not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, recruit, attempt to hire or recruit, or induce the termination of employment of any employee of the Company during two (2) years, to run consecutively, beginning on the last day of the Executive’s employment with the Company.
