Safety and Health Requirements. 2.5.1 The Contractor shall comply in every respect with all Federal, State and Local safety and health regulations. Copies of the Federal Regulations may be obtained from the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety and Health Administration. 2.5.2 The Contractor shall, when required, furnish evidence satisfactory to the Project Manager that materials and methods are in accordance with such standards or codes, copies of which shall be supplied on site by the Contractor. 2.5.3 Flaggers shall be GA DOT certified and shall have a current card in possession at all times while performing flagging operations. Reflective safety vests should be worn by flaggers and by workers while working in road.
