Safety and Quality Accounts. Annually, the Organisation will complete a Safety and Quality Account to demonstrate achievements and ongoing commitment to improving and integrating safety and quality into the organisation. This approach places safety and quality reporting on the same level as financial reporting as an accountability mechanism with public transparency. The Account will review performance against key quality and safety measures and include patient safety priorities, service improvements and integration initiatives.
