SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS. 5.1 The District shall use all reasonable efforts to provide safe working conditions for all unit members. The District and unit members shall monitor and correct unsafe conditions, when possible. The District and unit members will make conscientious efforts to reasonably inform and comply with relevant District safety practices and procedures.
