SAFETY BARRIERS AND HAZARD WARNINGS. The CMR shall be responsible for erecting and maintaining barricades, construction fences, cordons, or other physical safeguards necessary for protection of persons and property, as well as for posting danger signs and other warnings against hazards and notifying owners and users of adjacent sites and utilities. The CMR shall also be responsible for promulgating, instituting and maintaining the safety standards outlined in the Specifications.
