Safety Information Any other bulletins may only be posted by mutual agreement between the Union and designated Management.
Accident Reports If any of the Equipment is damaged, lost stolen, or destroyed, or if any person is injured or dies, or if any property is damaged as a result of its use, maintenance, or possession, You will promptly notify Us of the occurrence, and will file all necessary accident reports, including those required by law and those required applicable insurers. You, Your employees, and agents will cooperate fully with Us and all insurers providing insurance under this Agreement in the investigation and defense of any claims. You will promptly deliver to Us any documents served or delivered to You, Your employees, or Your agents in connection with any claim or proceeding at law or in equity begun or threatened against You, Us, or both You and Us.
Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.
Labor Law Information You acknowledge that if you continue to hold shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan after an involuntary termination of your employment, you may not be eligible to receive unemployment benefits in Russia. Anti-Corruption Information. Anti-corruption laws prohibit certain public servants, their spouses and their dependent children from owning any foreign source financial instruments (e.g., shares of foreign companies such as the Company). Accordingly, you should inform the Company if you are covered by these laws because you should not hold shares of Common Stock acquired under the Plan.
Confidentiality of Contractor Information The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that this Contract and any and all Contractor information obtained by the State in connection with this Contract are subject to the State of Vermont Access to Public Records Act, 1 V.S.A. § 315 et seq. The State will not disclose information for which a reasonable claim of exemption can be made pursuant to 1 V.S.A. § 317(c), including, but not limited to, trade secrets, proprietary information or financial information, including any formulae, plan, pattern, process, tool, mechanism, compound, procedure, production data, or compilation of information which is not patented, which is known only to the Contractor, and which gives the Contractor an opportunity to obtain business advantage over competitors who do not know it or use it.
Third-Party Information; Privacy or Data Protection Laws Each Party acknowledges that it and its respective Subsidiaries may presently have and, after the Effective Time, may gain access to or possession of confidential or proprietary Information of, or personal Information relating to, Third Parties: (i) that was received under confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements entered into between such Third Parties, on the one hand, and the other Party or the other Party’s Subsidiaries, on the other hand, prior to the Effective Time or (ii) that, as between the two parties, was originally collected by the other Party or the other Party’s Subsidiaries and that may be subject to and protected by privacy, data protection or other applicable Laws. Each Party agrees that it shall hold, protect and use, and shall cause its Subsidiaries and its and their respective Representatives to hold, protect and use, in strict confidence the confidential and proprietary Information of, or personal Information relating to, Third Parties in accordance with privacy, data protection or other applicable Laws and the terms of any agreements that were either entered into before the Effective Time or affirmative commitments or representations that were made before the Effective Time by, between or among the other Party or the other Party’s Subsidiaries, on the one hand, and such Third Parties, on the other hand.

Insurance and Fingerprint Requirements Information Insurance If applicable and your staff will be on TIPS member premises for delivery, training or installation etc. and/or with an automobile, you must carry automobile insurance as required by law. Privacy Matters (a) Caza covenants and agrees to advise the Offeror of all purposes for which the Transferred Information was initially collected from or in respect of the individual to which such Transferred Information relates and all additional purposes where Caza has notified the individual of such additional purpose, and where required by law, obtained the consent of such individual to such use or disclosure. (b) The Offeror covenants and agrees to: (i) prior to the completion of the transactions contemplated herein, collect, use and disclose the Transferred Information solely for the purpose of reviewing and completing the transactions contemplated herein, including the determination to complete such transactions; (ii) after the completion of the transactions contemplated herein: (a) collect, use and disclose the Transferred Information only for those purposes for which the Transferred Information was initially collected from or in respect of the individual to which such Transferred Information relates or for the completion of the transactions contemplated herein, unless: (i) Caza or the Offeror has first notified such individual of such additional purpose, and where required by law, obtained the consent of such individual to such additional purpose, or (ii) such use or disclosure is permitted or authorized by law, without notice to, or consent from, such individual; (b) where required by law, promptly notify the individuals to whom the Transferred Information relates that the transactions contemplated herein have taken place and that the Transferred Information has been disclosed to the Offeror, and (c) return or destroy the Transferred Information, at the option of Caza, should the transactions contemplated herein not be completed.
