Responsibility for Accidents. Manufacturer shall be responsible for ---------------------------- and pay all losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, response and cleanup and disposal costs) arising, directly or indirectly, out of any Release of Raw Materials at any time. The party in whom title to the Product then resides shall be responsible for and pay all losses, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, response and cleanup and disposal costs) arising, directly or indirectly, out of any Release of Product at any time during which such party has title to such Product.
Responsibility for Accidents. The Contractor shall be fully, responsible for accidents caused due to his or his agent'sor workmen's negligence or carelessness in regard to the observance of the safety requirements and shall be liable to pay compensation for injuries and delay work due to these accidents.
