Safety / Maintenance Equipment Insurance. This Policy includes $250 for safety and maintenance equipment that is used exclusively with the Described Automobile. Safety Equipment is limited to one first aid kit, one fire extinguisher, one flashlight, six warning flares and two warning cones, or flags or reflectors. Maintenance Equipment is limited to one set of booster cables, a towing cable, four snow chains, one wheel wrench, a vehicle tarp cover and a dedicated tool kit. In the event of a loss, We will reimburse You for the costs You incur to repair or replace the safety equipment with items of like kind and quality up to the limit of insurance shown on the Certificate of Automobile Insurance. If You choose not to repair or replace the safety equipment We will pay You the lesser amount of the Actual Cash Value of Your safety equipment at the time of the loss or the limit of insurance shown on the Certificate of Automobile Insurance. All losses will be subject to a deductible of $250.

  • Facility Maintenance Seller shall perform, or cause to be performed, all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance required on the Facilities in order to meet the Warranty Specifications and Performance Standards. In that regard, Seller’s responsibilities hereunder shall include, without limitation, promptly correcting any Bloom System or BOF malfunctions, either by (i) recalibrating or resetting the malfunctioning Bloom System or BOF, or (ii) subject to Section 5.7(b), repairing or replacing Bloom System or BOF components which are defective, damaged, worn or otherwise in need of repair or replacement.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Maintenance of Coverage Consultant shall not cancel, assign, or change any policy of insurance required by this agreement or engage in any act or omission that will cause its insurer to cancel any insurance policy required by this agreement except after providing 30 days prior notice to the City. If an insurance policy required by this agreement is unilaterally cancelled or changed by the insurer, Consultant shall immediately provide written notice to the City and obtain substitute insurance meeting the requirements of this agreement. Nothing in this paragraph relieves Consultant of its obligation to maintain all insurance required by this agreement at all times during the term of the agreement.

  • Site Maintenance The authorized area shall be maintained in a neat, clean, and safe condition, free of any solid waste, debris, or litter, except as specifically authorized herein.

  • Supply and Maintenance of Equipment It is the responsibility of the Employer to furnish and maintain all equipment, machinery and supplies required by employees in the performance of their duties. Employees shall not suffer any loss in salary in the event that they cannot carry out their normal duties by reason of the Employer failing to properly maintain equipment, machinery or supplies or by reason of power failures or other circumstances not attributable to the employees.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.

Except for emergency situations, unit members must complete the absence request form which includes obtaining their administrator’s written approval prior to taking leave. In emergency situations, the unit member is required to contact their administrator as far in advance of their scheduled work as possible.

  • Property Maintenance Maintain all of its property that is necessary to or useful in the proper conduct of its business in good working condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

  • XXXXXXX XXXX MAINTENANCE Purchaser shall maintain all roads used under this contract in accordance with the FOREST ACCESS ROAD MAINTENANCE SPECIFICATIONS for the entire term of this contract. Maintenance is required even during periods of inactivity.
