Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.
Operational Requirements 4 At-Sea Monitors are deployed, in accordance with coverage rates developed by 5 NMFS and as assigned through the Pre-Trip Notification System (PTNS), to 6 vessels. Due to availability of funding, changes in the fishery management, 7 such as emergency closures, court ordered closures, weather, and unforeseen 8 events must remain flexible. Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operations, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others on the Airport. Company will provide all services under this Agreement on a fair and reasonable basis to all users of the Airport. Service will be prompt, courteous and efficient.
Geotechnical Services The requested services consist, in general, of preparation of Geotechnical Reports to address issues relative to construction of new or rehabilitation of existing roadways, flood control channels, parks projects, or airport facilities.
