Safety of Students. A Bargaining Unit Member shall make every reasonable effort to protect students from conditions harmful to health or safety. Reasonable effort shall include, but is not limited to, promptly notifying the administration of any defective condition in the physical facilities of the District which may reasonably cause injury to persons or property.
