PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES. 1. Teachers will spend their school hours in teaching, lesson preparation, and educational affairs of Covert Public Schools.
PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES a) Consultant agrees to perform the services required hereunder in a diligent and professional manner no later than forty-five (45) days from the Effective Date, provided, however, that information that is requested by Consultant in connection with the Project is provided to Consultant by Ameritech within a reasonable amount of time. Consultant further agrees to devote such time, energy and attention to the performance of such services as are reasonably necessary to complete them in the manner contemplated hereby. In addition to the foregoing, Consultant shall perform the services under this Agreement in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations and further agrees to observe the business policies, procedures and security requirements of Ameritech (as defined herein). While on the premises of Ameritech, Consultant will be responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by the negligent or intentional acts of Consultant, its employees, agents or representatives.
PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES. XXXXXX INTERNATIONAL, LLC agrees to perform the services required hereunder in a diligent and professional manner and further agrees to devote such time, energy and attention to the performance of such services as is reasonably necessary to complete the project. In performing services hereunder, XXXXXX INTERNATIONAL, LLC shall comply with all laws, rules, regulations and applicable legal requirements of the Russian Federation, United States of America and other countries having jurisdiction over the activities described in the Appendices attached hereto, or to be attached hereto.

The Business Administrator/Board Secretary agrees to faithfully perform the duties of his/her position as set forth in the job description for the position of Business Administrator/Board Secretary, and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, policies and directives.

Employee agrees to remain actively at work as requested through September 29, 2007, and to perform duties as requested in a professional and sufficient manner, and to abide by all policies of ESI. Employee agrees now and in the future that Employee will assist ESI in good faith to the best of Employee’s ability in the defense of any claim brought against ESI or its current or former employees or agents of which Employee has any personal knowledge and ESI agrees it will reimburse Employee’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in providing such assistance. Employee understands that compliance with these Performance and Duties expectations is a condition precedent to being eligible for the Separation Pay and Outplacement.

Employee understands that compliance with these Performance and Duties expectations is a condition precedent to being eligible for the Separation Pay.

Employee agrees to remain employed as an Employee/Consultant as requested through June 10, 2017, and to perform duties as requested in a professional and sufficient manner and to abide by all policies of ESI. Employee understands that compliance with these Performance and Duties expectations is a condition precedent to being eligible for the continued payment of the Separation Pay and Outplacement.
PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES. Employee agrees to devote his full business time and efforts to the performance of his duties as an employee of Company, including such other duties as are assigned to him from time to time by the CEO of Company. Employee agrees that he will not devote his business time and efforts to any other business or venture while he is employed with Company without the prior written approval of the CEO of Company.
