Safety Record. 21.03 If it is determined that the employee demonstrates the ability and the will to succeed in the Apprenticeship Program and the Employer is in need of the skill, then the Employer will contact the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities and arrange a meeting with the proposed apprentice, the Ministry Consultant and Human Resources.
