– Safety Subcommittee. Four (4) members of the Labor/Management Committee (two (2) from management and two (2) from labor) and a representative from the Department of Environmental Health and Safety shall be assigned to a safety subcommittee. Employees may report any unresolved safety problems to the safety committee for investigation and recommendation. The subcommittee will report their findings in writing to the employee and the director of the affected department. The safety subcommittee shall be established and convene thirty (30) days after the ratification of this agreement.
