Salaries, Bonuses, and Other Fees or Compensation. Except as hereinafter provided in this Agreement, you will be entitled to any combination of salary, fees, and eligible for bonuses and other compensation in accordance with the rules and policies set forth in the Compensation Plan and on such other basis as Company will designate from time to time. Any compensation paid pursuant to this Agreement and any riders to it will constitute payment in full for all services rendered to Company under this Agreement and will be subject to applicable provisions of this Agreement. Any expenses in rendering such services will be paid by you unless the contrary is specifically authorized in writing by an officer of Company.
