SALARIES FOR OUTLIERS. A mechanism for the placement of employees deemed to be outliers will be discussed as a regular part of the collective bargaining process. If the application of the increase leaves the employee at an amount less than their actual step, the employee is placed on the correct step and will no longer be considered an outlier. All identified outliers were reviewed, and the application of the increase individually agreed upon in writing.
