Salary and Benefits on Suspension. During suspension from City service for disciplinary cause, an employee shall forfeit all rights, privileges and salary, except he shall not forfeit his medical health plan, dental insurance plan, vision insurance plan, retirement plan, disability insurance or life insurance plans. Should such suspension be later modified or revoked, the employee shall be entitled to receive payment to compensate for loss of income and benefits during the period of suspension.
