Salary and Other Compensation or Benefits. If the Executive's employment is terminated during the Protection Period, the Company shall pay the Executive's base salary through the Date of Termination at the rate in effect at the time the Notice of Termination is given, together with all compensation and benefits to which the Executive is entitled through the Date of Termination under the terms of any compensation or benefit plan, program or arrangement maintained by the Company or its affiliates during such period (ignoring, if applicable, any reduction that gave rise to Good Reason).
