Common use of Salary and Vacation Clause in Contracts

Salary and Vacation. 2.1 The Employees' salary and compensation shall be as set out in Schedule A, commencing on May 1, 2000 (the "Commencement Date") and payable twice per month. Such salary and compensation shall be subject to annual review by the Company. 2.2 The Employee shall be entitled to three (3) weeks of vacation each year, with times and dates as mutually arranged.
