Holidays and Vacation. A) Employee shall be paid for the following seven (7) holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day and all other holidays for Employees of the Company as approved by the Chief Executive Officer or Board of Directors.

Holidays and Vacation. Executive shall be eligible to accrue four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year and will receive paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy.

Executive shall receive twenty (20) days of paid vacation per calendar year, which cannot be taken in one increment, but which shall accrue if not used in any calendar year but only up to a maximum of ten (10) days, and be paid to Executive or carried forward to subsequent calendar years consistent with Company policy. In addition to such paid vacation, Executive shall receive all paid Company holidays in the United States in accordance with Company policy.

All available time off must be used in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. To the extent Executive would be entitled to a greater number of vacation days or personal days under any other Company policy, such other policy shall govern.
Holidays and Vacation. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to the same paid holidays as other employees of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to paid vacation and other absences from work that are reasonably consistent with the performance of the Executive’s duties as provided in this Agreement. Such vacations and absences shall be consistent with those generally provided to other senior executives of the Company.
Holidays and Vacation. When a Holiday occurs during a period scheduled as approved vacation for a Full-Time Employee, the Full-Time Employee shall be paid for the holiday from the Employee’s holiday credits. Vacation credits shall not be reduced for those hours. This provision is not applicable to a Casual Employee.
Holidays and Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to (i) time off for all public holidays observed by the Company and (ii) vacation days in accordance with the applicable policies for the Company’s senior executives as in effect from time to time.
