Common use of Salary Information Clause in Contracts

Salary Information. The Board shall provide all instructional personnel instructions and access, within thirty (30) days of ratification of the Agreement by both parties, on how to electronically access the following personal information on the District server: base pay, years of experience, current step placement on the salary schedule, duty days, holidays, non-work days and supplement(s).

Employees may request and shall be provided with a copy of this information in written format from their supervisor(s).
