Salary Modifications for This Contract Term. The parties agree to a three-year contract for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020. A new Step 35 shall be created at a salary rate equal to the salary rate at Step 30 plus 3.2%. Effective retroactive to July 1, 2017, the salary scales shall be increased by 3%. Effective July 1, 2018, all salary scales shall be increased by 2%. Effective July 1, 2019, all salary scales shall be increased by 2%. In addition, staff on salary scales G, H, H1, I, and J shall receive a one-time payment of $1,000 in the first paycheck after ratification of this contract.

Salary Modifications for This Contract Term. The salaries and wages set forth in the following scales are calculated and intended to express the terms of the Memorandum of Agreement between the parties. The parties agree to a three-year contract for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. Salaries will be in accordance with the following and are set forth in the attached salary scales.

  • Where Term Less Than Agreement Term Where a provision of this collective agreement so provides, the provision shall be in effect for a term less than the term of the collective agreement.

  • Amending this contract (a) This contract may only be amended in accordance with the procedures set out in the National Energy Retail Law.

  • Renewal Contract Term Upon mutual written agreement, the Parties may renew this Contract, in whole or in part, for a Renewal Term not to exceed the Initial Contract Term, pursuant to the incorporated Special Contract Conditions.

  • TERM OF THIS CONTRACT The term of this Contract commences on the Contract Start Date and ends on the earliest of (i) the “Contract End Date” identified in Exhibit A, (ii) the date upon which the Lease expires or is terminated, or

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Changes to this Contract Only an authorized Officer of the Company may make or modify any provisions of this Contract. Any such changes or modifications must be provided in a Notice in order to be effective.

  • AMENDMENTS TO THIS CONTRACT 8.1 No amendment to the provisions of this Contract, other than a variation of the Charges in accordance with the Charges Variation Procedure or a variation of any Sub-Contractors in accordance with Clause 30.5, shall be effective unless made in accordance with the Contract Change Procedure specified in Schedule 2-7.

  • Contract Term Adjustment “Contract Term Adjustment” means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection. To qualify for such adjustment, Purchaser shall give written notice of the lost time not later than 30 days after end of Normal Operating Season in which time was lost and at least 10 days before Termination Date. Contracting Officer shall make prompt written acknowledgment of such notice, indicating concurrence with the number of days in the notice or the number of days Forest Service considers as qualifying for the adjustment. Lost portions of days shall be disregarded in computing time lost. The three circumstances qualifying for a Contract Term Adjustment are:

  • Annual Work Plans (a) The Recipient shall prepare in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than March 31 in each calendar year, a proposed annual work plan and budget for the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request.

  • Contract Term The period of Contractor's performance shall begin on November 1, 2018 and end on October 31, 2019 with an option to renew for an additional three (3) twelve (12) month periods.
