Common use of Salary Progression Clause in Contracts

Salary Progression. ‌ Subject to the following provisions, where an academic staff member meets the relevant characteristics of ASM, SASM and PASM as specified in Schedule B, he/she may be appointed to the ASM, SASM or PASM Grade.
