Salary Progression. Subject to the following provisions, where an academic staff member meets the relevant characteristics of ASM, SASM and PASM as specified in Schedule B, he/she may be appointed to the ASM, SASM or PASM Grade. An academic staff member may be appointed to PASM grade in accordance with the institute’s policy.
