Effective Fiscal Year 2017/2018 (October 1, 2017 thru September 30, 2018), all bargaining unit employees in the Child Protective Investigations Section (CPIS) hired on or before October 1, 2017, will receive a one-time, non-recurring gross lump sum salary increase in the amount of three thousand-five hundred dollars ($3,500) effective pay date July 13, 2018. Effective Fiscal Year 2017/2018 (October 1, 2017 thru September 30, 2018), all bargaining unit employees in the Child Protective Investigations Section (CPIS) hired after October 1, 2017, will receive a one-time, non-recurring gross lump sum salary increase in the amount of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) effective pay date July 13, 2018.

(D) Effective the first full pay period following July 1, 2015, current bargaining unit employees that were on the payroll in the PPO1 or PPO2 classification on or after July 1, 2015 will receive a one percent (1%) market adjustment.‌

Salary Range Adjustments. 1. Effective the first full pay period after October 1, 2018, the Sheriff will provide all bargaining unit members who are employed on the date of ratification of this agreement with a pay increase of three and one-half percent (3.5%) of the straight time base rate of pay, excluding incentives, supplemental, or any other additional pays in accordance with Appendix A. 2. Effective the first full pay period after October 1, 2019, if a three percent (3%) or greater salary range adjustment is given to all IAFF bargaining unit members there will be no reopener of this article. If the proposed salary range adjustment is less than three percent (3%), the parties will reopen this provision of this article solely for the purposes of negotiating a salary range adjustment. Notice of the proposed salary range adjustment will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from October 1, 2019. If an additional increase to the salary range is given after the first full pay period, the additional amount and effective date shall be determined by the Sheriff. 3. Effective the first full pay period after October 1, 2020, if a three percent (3%) or greater salary range adjustment is given to all IAFF bargaining unit members there will be no reopener of this article.
