Salary Redirect or Flex Plan. 1. The Board shall maintain a cafeteria plan, which meets the requirements of Section 125 and other applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. If, at any time, such Section 125 and/or the other applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code are amended, the parties shall promptly meet to agree upon an amendment to the cafeteria plan.
