Review Procedure If the Plan Administrator denies part or all of the claim, the claimant shall have the opportunity for a full and fair review by the Plan Administrator of the denial, as follows:

Review Procedures The Parties agree to jointly conduct a review, sampling transactions of the incidents managed under this Agreement. Findings that are inconsistent with the normal or accepted way of doing business will be reconciled on a case by case basis. Any decision to further examine records will be considered on a case by case basis and appropriate follow up action agreed upon by all agencies involved. Order of Benefit Determination Rules When a Member is covered by two or more plans, the rules for determining the order of benefit payments are as follows:
Enrollment Procedures The District shall establish an open enrollment period each year for unit members to participate in the Catastrophic Leave Bank. The enrollment period shall be September 1 through December 1. Once a unit member becomes a participant in the Catastrophic Leave Bank, he/she shall not be required to reenroll each year.
