Salary Review Procedure. A part-time faculty member may request an increase in his or her established per Teaching Unit rate if that faculty member has experienced a change in circumstance including to but not limited to completion of a terminal degree a bona fide offer of a part-time teaching position at a higher rate of pay; significant professional achievement such as a major grant or award or excellence in teaching in accordance with criteria determined by Academic Affairs.
