Salary Schedules (See. Appendix B) Effective the first day of the 2019-2020 school year, the base salary shall increase by 2%. A full experience step shall be implemented the first day of the 2019-2020 school year. During the term of this 2019-2020 negotiated agreement, three (3) representatives selected by the Superintendent or his/her designee and three (3) representatives selected by the Union President shall regularly meet and confer regarding the structure and pay reflected in the salary schedules in Appendix B. The group shall examine what alternative salary schedule(s) could be recommended for a successor agreement that are mutually agreeable and sustainable. Nothing herein shall limit the parties’ respective rights during labor negotiations, as described in Article 2.
