Sale to Municipality. Aqua Illinois will, at Aqua Indiana’s request, use its best efforts to protect the interest of Aqua Indiana in case the property of Aqua Indiana becomes subject to sale, either voluntarily or involuntarily, to a municipality or municipalities served.
