Common use of Sales Promotion Clause in Contracts

Sales Promotion. The Reseller may conduct sales promotions involving specific products or groups of products for specified time periods. If electing to exercise this provision, the Reseller shall submit a formal request for approval to the LSCA. The request should include: the product or product groups, the promotional price as compared to the standard price and the Master Agreement price for the product or product groups, and the start and end dates of the sales promotion. LSCA’s approval shall be in the form of an amendment to the MPA. Upon approval, the Reseller shall provide conspicuous notice of the promotion to all Participating Entities.
