Sales Support Sample Clauses

Sales Support. Dealer shall support all sales of the Products in a commercially reasonable manner as is customary in the industry and appropriate for each sale, including but not limited to: maintaining a sales force, developing a marketing and sales plan with ASTI.'s account manager, and post-sales follow up with ASTI.'s account manager. ASTI shall be the technical advisor to the Dealer and installation directions received from ASTI for the Products shall be mandatory.
Sales Support. Servicer shall provide sales support to Agent including promotional materials and sales representatives as reasonably required by Agent and agreed to by Servicer.
Sales Support. GCT shall, at its own expense, dispatch appropriate sales personnel to Territory at least once per calendar quarter, to assist in DISTRIBUTOR’s sales and marketing efforts.
Sales SupportSUPPLIER shall, at its expense, provide DISTRIBUTOR ------------- with reasonable amounts of technical materials (e.g., drawings, schematics, installation manuals, operating procedures, available marketing materials, field test results, training materials) and available information regarding product applications and customer demand pertaining to the Products and Pre-Commercial Units as are requested by DISTRIBUTOR from time to time. All such information and materials will be furnished in the English language.
Sales Support. 11.01 IDEXX will be responsible for all necessary sales support for the Analyzers and the VETTEST slides. 11.02 OCD’s sole obligation in respect of sale support shall be at its own expense to assist IDEXX in resolving specific problems resulting from the failure of VETTEST slides to conform to specifications.
Sales Support. OSI agrees to participate directly in any sales and marketing presentations to potential Customers and to otherwise be actively involved in providing sales support to BISYS through the period until BISYS has entered into Outsourcing Services agreements or Facilities Management services agreements for its first five Customers. Thereafter, upon BISYS' reasonable request, and subject to availability OSI shall provide appropriate sales support to assist BISYS in its efforts to execute additional Outsourcing Services agreement employing the System with potential Customers. BISYS shall be responsible for the reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by OSI for such support.
Sales Support. (i) oversight of and assistance with, the wholesaling sale activities of the Dealer Manager, including building of a “selling group,” to effectuate the distribution of the Shares in the Private Placement and any Public Offering through the independent broker-dealer, registered investment advisor, and “wire house” channels (collectively, the “Channels”); (ii) third party reporting and due diligence; (iii) participation at industry conferences; (iv) sales compliance; and (v) processing of subscriptions for the Shares.
Sales Support. 7.1 Party B may give assistance to Party A in marketing campaigns in its online and offline advertisings. 7.2 Party B shall furnish Party A with necessary advertising material in connection with selling of products or services of Party A. 7.3 The after-sale services for products or services of Party B shall be borne by Party B. Party A shall be responsible for settling any dispute caused by the fault of Party A and for corresponding liabilities on its own discretion.
Sales Support. Vendor agrees to provide Cadence sufficient sales and technical support, as mutually agreed upon by the parties, including but not limited to Vendor personnel proficient in the performance, use, implementation and modification of the Licensed Works and Products (collectively, "Sales Support"), as Cadence may reasonably require with respect to the training of its Marketing Agent(s) to sell and market sublicenses to the Licensed Works and/or Products to customers and/or potential End Users hereunder. Such Sales Support shall be at no charge to Cadence.
Sales Support. In support of Representative’s sales efforts hereunder, Rangers, LLC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to (a) regularly work with Representative to develop new Team Sponsorship Assets, (b) provide reasonable amounts of Rangers tickets and hospitality to Representative to be used for potential purchasers of Team Sponsorship Assets (such amounts as agreed to by the parties) and (c) otherwise assist and support such sales efforts, consistent with past practice, including provision of access to Rangers events and spaces (e.g., access for tours of the Rangers’ training center) for Representative’s employees and Rangers sponsors and sponsorship prospects. With respect to the provision of tickets by Rangers, LLC to Representative pursuant to clause (b) of this Section 5.4, (i) the parties shall work in good faith to determine the number of tickets to be provided for any game, and have agreed upon an expected average per-game number of tickets with respect to the 2019-20 Contract Year and (ii) with respect to each Contract Year thereafter, the parties shall, as part of the annual budget process, agree on the appropriate average per-game number of tickets, taking into account such factors as actual utilization during the preceding Contract Year and the extent to which the utilization of such tickets advanced the goals of this Agreement.
