Common use of Sales Promotion Clause in Contracts

Sales Promotion. If the subscription is part of a sales promotion offered by Videotron whereby the customer enjoys lower rates than would have been the case without such sales promotion, the subscription shall be for the period covered by the sales promotion (the “Sales Promotion Period”) and may not be terminated before such period ends. Upon expiry of the Sales Promotion Period, the subscription shall be automatically renewed under the same conditions or at the regular rate in effect for this type of subscription in accordance with the conditions or rates applicable to such sales promotion, unless Videotron receives a notice of non-renewal from the customer ten (10) days prior to expiry of the Sales Promotion Period.
