Sales Receipts. Xxxxx encourages all Business Partners to provide their retail Customers with two copies of an official Kyäni sales receipt at the time of the sale. These receipts set forth the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for Kyäni products and a statement of consumer protection if these are afforded by local law. Records documenting the purchases of Business Partners' Direct and Preferred Customers will be maintained by Xxxxx, and Business Partners should maintain all retail sales receipts for a period of two years and furnish them to Kyäni at the company's request. Further, Business Partners should remember to retain records related to Business Partner transactions in order to comply with the requirements for their independent businesses under local law (for example to establish document regarding income and expenses in support of a Business Partner's tax obligations). If a sale qualifies as a "door-to-door' sale, Business Partners should ensure that any receipt complies with the requirements of local law.
