Louisiana Residents. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Louisiana residents may bring an action against the Company with jurisdiction and venue as provided by Louisiana law.
Louisiana Residents. The dispute resolution provisions in these Policies shall apply to Louisiana residents with the exception that Louisiana residents may bring arbitration against Beyond Slim in his/her home forum and pursuant to Louisiana law.

Louisiana Residents. Zero Hash LLC is licensed by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions as a money transmitter. The Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions does not license or regulate services related to virtual currency including but not limited to transmission or exchange which may be conducted by Zero Hash LLC.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if the Brand Partner is a resident of Louisiana, the applicable law, jurisdiction, and venue of any dispute between the parties arising from this Agreement shall be under Louisiana law. If either Party wishes to bring an action against the other Party for any act or omission relating to or arising from the Agreement, such action must be brought within one (1) year from the date of the alleged conduct giving rise to the cause of action, or the shortest time permissible under state law. Failure to bring such action within such time shall bar all claims for such act or omission. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, any notice or other communication required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed delivered to the other Party
Louisiana Residents. In addition to Your cancellation rights listed above, You may cancel this Agreement within 20 days of the date this Agreement was mailed to You or within 10 days of delivery if this Agreement is delivered to You at the time of sale or within a longer time period permitted under this Agreement and if You have not received any Service, You are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid by You under this Agreement. A 10% penalty per month must be added to a refund that is not paid or credited to You within 45 days after the cancellation of this Agreement. If this Agreement is canceled by Obligor, Obligor shall mail a written notice to You at the last known address at least 15 days prior to cancellation by Obligor. Prior notice is not required if the reason for cancellation is nonpayment of the provider fee, material misrepresentation or substantial breach of duties by You.
