Sales Representative Sample Clauses
The Sales Representative clause defines the role, responsibilities, and authority of an individual or entity appointed to promote and sell a company's products or services. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the representative's territory, the products they are authorized to sell, and any performance expectations or sales targets. By clearly delineating these aspects, the clause ensures both parties understand the representative's duties and limits, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings and disputes regarding sales activities.
