Sales Representative. Coverage is provided for “equipment” and “stock” while off “premises” in the custody of a sales representative of the Insured.
Sales Representative. The Contractor will provide the name and telephone number of the company sales representative who may be contacted Monday through Friday 8 am to 4 pm (EST), exclusive of holidays. Company representative shall have primary responsibility for processing and correcting all breaches of this Contract and shall be authorized to accept emergency and special orders. Contractor must notify the IUC-PG when the regular sales representative is on vacation and identify the individual acting in his/her absence.
Sales Representative. No RGC sales representative or other employee who is not an officer or manager of RGC shall have authority to change or waive any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Sales Representative. OMP shall act as LifeCell's exclusive representative in the Territory with respect to sales of Product pursuant to this Agreement. All revenues obtained from the sales of Product pursuant to this Agreement shall be for the account of LifeCell and all accounts receivable related to such sales shall be accounts receivable of LifeCell. The Parties agree that LifeCell will record the Net Sales of Product on LifeCell's financial statements, but that OMP shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, for billing customers and collecting the accounts receivable from such customers. OMP shall not, without the prior written approval of LifeCell, sell any Product to customers that are over fifty-nine (59) days past due on their accounts. OMP will endeavor to include in its Product invoice a notation to the effect that the Product is distributed by OMP as distributor for LifeCell.
Sales Representative. No Xxxxxxxx-Xxxx sales representative or other employee who is not an officer or manager of Xxxxxxxx Xxxx shall have authority to change or waive any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Sales Representative. During the term of this Agreement, the Training Affiliate shall employ at all times at least one (1) sales representative (the "SALES REPRESENTATIVE") who shall be responsible for and shall agree to do the following: (i) dedicate at least 50% of his or her time (i.e. at least 20 hour per week) to overseeing the Training Affiliate's sales and marketing efforts with respect to the Training in the Subject Market, and (ii) compile and distribute information useful to the sales and marketing of the Training as requested from time to time by Prosoft, including without limitation (A) preparing weekly written reports, in the form of Exhibit A hereto (as supplemented or amended by Prosoft from time to time, the "SALES REPORTS"), and submitting the Sales Reports directly to Prosoft on a weekly basis, and (B) preparing monthly written reports by the 20th day of each month with respect projections of Training business for the next succeeding month (the "PROJECTION REPORTS"), and submitting such Projection Reports directly to Prosoft within two days of the completion thereof. The name, address and telephone number of the Sales Representatives are set forth on SCHEDULE 3 hereto. The Training Affiliate shall immediately notify Prosoft in writing of any changes in the Sales Representative's name, addtress or phone number. The Training Affiliate shall provide a copy of this Agreement to the Sales Representative, and secure the agreement of the Sales Representative to the terms and conditions hereof that directly relate to such Sales Representative.

Sales Representative. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for all aspects of direct communication and participation by customers. The ISR monitors and responds to customer RFQs and is responsible for generating Sales Quotations in accordance with the Master Agreement terms and conditions. The ISR is also responsible for Order Processing of newly received customer purchases and executes our ISO-certified procedures for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the purchase details. Finally, the ISR proactively surveys customer satisfaction to ensure the PMO’s continuous process improvement.
Sales Representative. The Company hereby grants to the Broker, and the Broker hereby accepts, during the term of this agreement, the right to act as the Company's sales representative with the exclusive right to sell, distribute and handle all products sold or distributed directly or indirectly by the Company from time to time (the "products") to persons and entities located in the Territory as defined in Section 3 below. Notwithstanding the above, the Broker will not have the exclusive right to sell Products on behalf of the Company to a person or entity (i) located in the Territory if the Broker refuses or fails to service such account ("Unserviced Account"); or (ii) which is an account with its purchasing headquarters located outside the Territory (an "Outside Account") and the sale within the Territory is due solely to an order or approval at such headquarters. The Broker is not entitled to commission for Unserviced Accounts or Outside Accounts. The Broker may elect to not service accounts without being in breach hereof.
Sales Representative. DEALER may appoint Sales Representatives to assist DEALER to Broker AA Aircraft and AA Products as described in paragraph 4, however:
a. No person may represent Dealer with AA Aircraft and AA Products as a Sales Representative until they have completed sales training, and have been approved in writing by AA. b. DEALER acknowledges that Sales Representative is a contractor with DEALER, not AA. c. Sales Representatives are not employees, agents, or partners of AA, and can not in any way enter into agreements for or in behalf of AA. e. Sales Representatives shall not make any oral or written representations concerning AA Aircraft and AA Products which are inconsistent with or in excess of the representations, manuals, brochures and materials provided by AA including but not limited to, presentations about AA Aircraft and AA Products performance, limitations of performance, warranty, and product support.
f. Dealer Acknowledges that his Sales Representatives receive commissions from Dealer, not AA.
